These meetings are free to attend. They are held upstairs at the Rainford Junction pub, 102 News Lane, WA11 7JU on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month. The aim is to start a group to blow up a lot of myths about health and discuss seasonal paleo/low carb diet, exercise, environmental toxins, circadian biology (light cycles), emotional balancing – really all the influences in the modern world that can disrupt the body’s smooth functioning. We hope, with the aid of guest speakers, to give you the kind of cutting edge information that you are unlikely to find under one roof anywhere else.
General format as follows:
7pm – Guest speakers, Q&A, special topics, discussion.
